For the fourth time, Galician gastronomy falls in love with New Yorkers at the Galician Cinema and Food Festival<\/a>, an edition inspired mainly by the flavours and experiences of the Pilgrim’s Way to Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the last week of June at the Cervantes Institute in Manhattan, different culinary proposals were praised: Galician turbot empanada, tuna belly, octopus brochettes, mussels with Lourenz\u00e1 beans, Santiago cake?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chef Luc\u00eda Freitas, Michelin star 2019, was the coordinator of Showcooking.
