Mackerel Toast with Heart of Lettuce and Piquillo Pepper Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • mackerel fillets CABO DE PEÑAS GRAN SELECCIÓN
  • Heart of lettuce (Cogollo lettuce)
  • Piquillo pepper vinaigrette

PREPARATION

For the piquillo pepper vinaigrette, mix 1 piquillo pepper, oil from the can, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Assemble all the ingredients on a slice of toasted bread and it’s ready to enjoy!
